Tips on how to sell a house faster?
We have 2 houses in conway,ar and we want to sell both of our houses, but if that can't happen we at least want to sell one, We need some tips on how to sell our houses quicker any tips,suggestions would be great =). Our first house has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 livings rooms, Big yard, back porch, 4 car garage, Big Drive way able to fit about at least 10 cars. Nice quite neighborhood, close to public library. In our second house which has just been build 2 years ago, has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, Drive way fits about 5 cars (6 if there just cars). Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to Elen Smith (Elementary School), and Day Care Center. Thanks again for your help =].
